How Would it Work, Exactly?

For each of the following scenarios, determine whether you think the material should be completely avoided, just linked to, fairly reproduced for classroom use, or treated like an OER.  There aren't necessarily right or wrong answers for all of these, since the issue isn't dichotomous, so review the comments after you've taken the quiz.  Note that the "right" answers here are pretty conservative in their estimation of the best thing to do.
