Instructions

Use the cloze notes while viewing the Stages PPt to support understanding. Cloze notes is a note-taking strategy to help ELLs comprehend a lecture better. Since they do not have to decide what to write down except for selected information, they can concentrate on listening to the information presented. Be sure to spell accurately for full credit; numbers can be written in numerical form; hyphens and plurals count.
