If you are purchasing the E-books rather than the actual textbooks from the bookstore, then you will need to do so at this time. Keep in mind that the E-books do not come with a free 180-day trial of Microsoft Office 2010. You must have the software already installed on your computer or have a location you can go to use the software. Feel free to come to the MCC campus and use our Multi-Use lab or Library. You must purchase the Access Code to get the book and get into MyItLab. You will need some way to pay for this online— credit card, debit card. Check with financial aid to see if you are eligible for a Financial Aid Debit Card to purchase the E-books online. To start the process, follow the directions below.

E-BOOK PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS

Go to the Pearson MCC Custom website. The following screen appears. Select Purchase Access.

The next screen appears and click Accept.

The following screen appears. Most likely you do not have a Pearson Account. Select No. Otherwise, click on one of the other two options. Then click next. **At this point, you can use the Video Tutorial should you need audio and visual assistance.

The payment screen appears. Fill in the information to purchase your e-books.

Once purchased, you can now log into MyItLab and enroll in the class using your COURSE ID supplied by your instructor. Go to Part 2 of the MyItLab Instructions to gain access to use the books.
